Commitments, Sponsorship, and Group Participation
The Northern Plains Group strongly believes the importance of service commitments and sponsorship. Both are crucial parts of staying connected and growing in long-term recovery from alcoholism. If you have any questions about acquiring a service position at the Northern Plains Group, or you need a sponsor, please attend the meeting in person and seek out our secretary general or anyone who raises their hand when asked if they are willing to sponsor.
Sobriety Recognitions
We celebrate sobriety anniversaries during the secretary’s report, including:
- 3, 6, and 9 months
- Annual sobriety anniversaries
Medallions and cupcakes are provided. If you would like to be recognized, please approach the secretary before the meeting begins.
